specializing in bird, nature, and travel photography  © all images Copyright Brian M Guzzetti

Thanks for visiting Far Corners Photography, a showcase of my photography. Originally from New Jersey, I became interested in photography while living in Akita, Japan (2000-2003).  I trained formally in darkroom and photographic technique with Charles Mason, but have mostly learned on my own. After 5 years working on a Master's Degree in Wildlife Biology in Fairbanks, Alaska (2003-2008), I have recently set up shop in central Maine. I am constantly updating and building a diverse stock of bird, nature, and travel photos.  I currently have about 40,000 archived images. When taking pictures, I use the Nikon system and a variety of Nikkor and Nikon mount lenses.  When I lived in Japan, I shopped at Yodobashi Camera in Tokyo. Now, I usually shop atB&H in New York.  I'm a member of theNorth American Nature Photography Association .
